Swastha is the sanskrit word meaning to be fully aligned and established in oneself and in a completely balanced state of optimal health on all levels of our being. It is a co-creation unique to the art and science of Ayurveda (the science of life) and Yoga (the practice of this science) and so, through the integration of these time-honored practices and techniques, students are able to develop the ability to cultivate a deeper awareness, greater range emotionally, new mindsets, and practices that enhance the freedom of movement and ease throughout our lifetime.
Our aim is to use every experience in life as a window of opportunity to cultivate insight into the quality and state of our overall health, and so through yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, somatic movement, and relational development, we align to a formula and practice that is relatable to all living beings (ingest, digest, assimilate, eliminate) resulting in consciously living well. It is through this holistic and practical approach that this system leads practitioners into new levels of purpose, practice and possibility; offering an immense opportunity for vitality, clarity and a heightened state of swastha.
